I've lived in Orangevale, CA for about 10 years. Fair Oaks is right next door and ever since I've lived in the area I have LOVED Fair Oaks. The homes off of Winding Way are beautiful, with both privacy and character they are the dream homes of many. I attended Bella Vista High School, one of the best public high schools in the area. Basically all the areas in Fair Oaks are safe and in good condition and the city itself is clean and respectable. For anyone that is looking to live in Fair Oaks, I would say yes! do it! :)
